| The County Marshal is responsible for enforcement of all County Ordinances and State Laws, Soil Erosion Plans and Enforcement. The Planning & Zoning Department is also under the direct supervision of the County Marshal. Rabun County's probation officer also works under the supervision of the County Marshal and is responsible for collecting probation fines and fees.
